Happy is a perspective! The way to shift your perspective on life is to learn to shift your attitude moment by moment. If your thinking a negative thought, catch yourself and reach for a more positive thought- a thought that makes you feel better.
Sure a spiritual healer may be able to help unblock a lot of what keeps you stuck and may be able get you out of a lifelong negative swirl, but there is the work of staying “positive” that you must do.
The work of staying “positive” is not easy, in fact it can be a real pain, but what choice do you have? Learn to switch up your thinking or be at the effect of circumstances.
