Give Up What for Why?
Instead of trying to figure out “What” to do, think more about “Why” you are doing it.
Get out of problem solving, trying to figure out what is best, and instead think more “Why” you are doing what you are doing or what you want to do?.
Why are you pursuing, acting, trying? Many people loose sight of “Why” and get stuck in the “What”. The “Why’ of your decision is what is motivating you forward. The “Why” of going to get a job maybe be to be fully expressed, to support your family or to move you into a sense of place in the community you live, etc. The “What” of a decision is generally your mind running the show. And minds are motivated by fear. The “What” of finding the job is about how many resumes to send out, how to get seen by the boss, how to interview, etc. There is a place for “What”, but dont let “What” become the rider of you, Instead stay on the back of “Why”, keep “Why” you are doing something always in your sights and you will be happier and more prosperous.
