As a spiritual healer I see many clients make the mistake of mis-communicating or over-communicating. They try to address their needs not being met, but in doing so make a mess. While trying to communicate they fall into blame, threateining and controlling behaviors. They loose their internal balance and their connection to the other person.
Next time, you are considering addressing a concern ask yourself these three questions:
1. Is what you are saying true?
2. Is what you are saying kind?
3. Is what you want to say necessary?
