You’re Not Blocked — Your Energetic Structure Can’t Hold It Yet

We understand that we have a physical body that affects how we function and feel: liver, kidneys, lungs, etc. But we also have energetic structures in and around the body that affect our health, perception, outlook, and ability to move through life.

I am not just talking about chakras and meridians here. Those are the basics.

There are energetic structures that play a major role in our ability to hold, sustain, and open to more in life.

When Your System Cannot Sustain Momentum

Every day I work with people who want a bigger life but cannot seem to fully open to one.

I worked with a woman who was trying to start her own company. She worked incredibly hard, but no matter how much effort she made, her outcomes were not in alignment with her effort.

She would push hard for short periods of time, try to force momentum, then crash. She would recover, push again, crash again, and eventually wind up back in bed unable to do much of anything.

She had been to doctors for adrenal fatigue, sleep apnea, and high cortisol. After endless supplements, appointments, and copays, she had accepted this was just how life was going to be for her: one day functioning, two days in bed recovering.

She relied heavily on sugar and coffee to force energy and momentum, which worked for a while until it didn’t.

What I Saw

When I worked with her, I could intuitively see that part of her energetic structure was responsible for her inability to maintain a steady stream of energy. I brought her attention there, about 15 feet below her feet.

A wave of grief came forward. She knew she needed people to need her, but was surprised when she realized she had a deep ache for someone to truly see her. Her whole life, up to this moment, she had been the helper, the person who was needed, the person who was useful, but she was never truly seen.

The larger part of her refused to let her have more if “more” was based on a strategy rooted in the belief that she was not enough and needed to compensate.

She grieved and learned how to comfort herself in a way no one else had.

I taught her a practice designed specifically for her system, one that helped her allow herself to be seen and stop needing achievement to feel OK.

What Changed

Over the next few weeks, something started changing.

She became more emotionally steady. She had more sustainable energy and recounted that she felt seen by a few people in her life.

Her system could hold more.  Her business started growing.

A lot of people resort to forcing outcomes, when life does not go their way, instead of realizing what their circumstance is trying to facilitate through them. Once that happens things start to move.
