What a Session is like
Each 60-minute session happens over Zoom.
At the start of a session, we explore your objectives and how your soul is inviting you to evolve and grow.
I listen to what you say and what is not said, tracking your body, energy, and highest intention to guide you onto the path that is uniquely yours. Whether you leave the session feeling peaceful and relaxed, or excited and energized, you will always leave with a deeper sense of yourself.
This is not to say people do not heal from traditional therapies. They can. But the process I have adopted uses something else. I combine spiritual coaching, energy healing and intuitive guidance to help you uncover your true nature—and that changes everything.
