What Really Happens in a Spiritual Healing Session

Ever wonder what a spiritual healer actually does? You’re not alone. Most people have no idea how energy healing works-only that something shifts. When I introduce myself at a party and say, “I’m a spiritual healer,” the response is usually:
“Huh?” “Like… what does that mean?” Here’s my best answer: I help people heal emotionally, physically, and spiritually-by working through the energetic body. And honestly? I can’t fully explain how it works. Because it’s not just me doing the healing. Watch an intuitive healing session below

I’ve trained in many modalities, but I’m most grounded in Theta Healing. In a session, I sit with someone. They bring a concern-pain, fear, confusion, grief. I shift into a meditative state, access higher realms, and begin to receive intuitive information. ✨ Sometimes a belief needs to be cleared
✨ Sometimes a feeling needs to be expressed
✨ Sometimes a spiritual truth needs to be remembered Clients often report feeling energy move through their bodies. Some cry. Some laugh. Some experience a powerful presence-white light, insights, visions. I ask questions. I name what I see. And people walk away lighter. Clearer. More themselves. I don’t claim to be magical. But something real happens. Something deep.
